The Rt. Rev. Dr. Eric Vawter Menees was consecrated to be the Vth Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of San Joaquin on September 24, 2011. Bp. Menees is also a Franciscan tertiary since 1983.
In addition to being Bishop Ordinary of the Anglican Diocese of San Joaquin Bp. Menees is the provincial representative to the Roman Catholic Church and to the Anglican Province of South America. Bishop Menees chairs the Immigration Task Force for the province and is an advisor to Caminemos Juntos – our Spanish Language ministry support for the ACNA.
Bp. Menees is married to Florence Guadalupe Mira-Menees and has a daughter, Milagro, and a son, Sebastian.

The Very Rev. Carlos Raines graduated from Trinity College, University of Toronto. He was ordained in the Episcopal Diocese of Oregon and served as Vicar of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Florence, Oregon and St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Gardiner, Oregon. Since coming to St. James Cathedral in 1998, Dean Raines is revitalizing the Cathedral congregation through the introduction of solid discipleship programs, healing ministry and outreach to the local community and abroad through missionary and service work. Dean Raines is married to Carol Raines and they have three grown children.

Fr. Dale preaches and serves once a month or on an as needed basis. His passion for the Lord can be found in his seeking God’s majesty in the Sierra Nevadas and throughout the western United States. Fr. Dale is an avid backpacker and photographer, and is a retired member of the Search and Rescue team. He is the author of several books and is the chief contributor to the official blog for the Anglican Diocese of San Joaquin (Soundings). Fr. Dale formerly served as the Vocations Officer for the Diocese. He and his wife Sharon have four children and seven grandchildren.

Deacon Anna serves as Deacon of the Mass and also assists with memorial/funeral services at St. James Anglican Church. Deacon Anna is also involved with Jail/Prison Ministries and Companions of St. Stephen at St. James Anglican Church.
